SHIPPING

 

We offer free shipping on all orders above Rs. 1000. For orders below Rs. 1000, Rs. 100 are charged. Order dispatch usually takes just one day. Shipping usually takes one week but may take longer, depending upon your location.

Customers usually receive their cases within 3 or 4 working days, once they are shipped but might get delayed sometimes.  If you have any questions about expected delivery period for the case you are interested in, please  email us at help@eastindiacases.com.

 

RETURNS / REFUND

We offer a 7 day, replacement guarantee on all our cases. Received the wrong case? Any Fitting or Printing Issue? Call us and we will have your order picked up and you will receive a replacement case within a few days. On customized cases, we offer a free replacement if the product arrives damaged or has any sort of printing defects. For ‘Clearance’ products, a refund or exchange is provided only if the product arrives in a damaged condition or is defective. To claim a refund (only in form of Store Credits) or exchange on a clearance product, please get in touch with us within 2 days of delivery. 

Note: Refund procedure might take upto 7 working days.

 

PAYMENTS

 

We accept net banking, all major credit/debit cards for payments. The payment options available for your location will be shown upon checkout. There is no extra charge for COD.
